Usage Instructions ->
1) Turn on the device using the rotary switch.
2) Hold the light bulb directly against the palm area to emit the red light.
3) Rotate the switch to adjust the light intensity until the superficial veins are clearly visible on the skin.
4) Proceed with the venipuncture or IV insertion, and turn off the device once the procedure is complete.
